Refund policy

RETURN POLICY:

In-Store:

Returns are accepted in store within 14 days of purchase with receipt.  Merchandise must be unused and in original condition with tags intact. A refund will be issued to your original form of payment. No returns will be accepted after 14 days of purchase. 
All sale items are final sale. 

Online Orders:
Email shop@melroseonmain.com with your order number to begin your return. Returns are accepted within 14 days of items being received (as shown by your tracking number). We ask that return requests are only made for items in unused and original condition. Returns are refunded within 14 of being received. 

Unfortunately we cannot cover your shipping costs for your returns. We can provide a return shipping label upon request, and that amount will be deducted from your total return. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to ensure happiness with your purchase, and thank you for your understanding.  Original shipping costs are also not refundable.
